• Denmark: Benjamin Reus (Tour Card) and 1 player from the 12-month PDCNB OoM
• Finland: Teemu Harju (PDC OoM) and Marko Kantele (PDC OoM)
• Latvia: Madars Razma (Tour Card) and 1 player from the 12-month PDCNB OoM
• Lithuania: Darius Labanauskas (PDC OoM) and 1 player from the 12-month PDCNB OoM
• Norway: Cor Dekker (Tour Card) and 1 player from the 12-month PDCNB OoM
• Sweden: The 2 highest-ranked Tour Card Holders on the PDC OoM.

Note that last year's Pro Tours 5 and 6 only count for attendance purposes, the Race starts at Pro Tour 7.
